The apartment was very clean. The pool area was great. The restaurant on site had fabulous staff.
The shower had a lot of mould. There was no bed change during my week's stay. Loo roll was not replenished. I had to get one off a trolley.

I found the apartment hotel easy to access upon arrival. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment size suited my needs perfectly and I found parking very convenient. I appreciated the ease of driving to different island areas. It took about an hour to reach Ciutadella.
The bathroom showed some signs of age. I noticed a bit of mold in the shower area.

The wifi was not working well. It was quite slow! hot water was also an issue. the temperature fluctuated a lot during showers.

I found the two-bedroom apartment spacious and well-equipped. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Staff members were helpful. The onsite restaurants and the little market were a significant convenience for all needs.
The shower displayed mould. I believe this issue needs more attention, because this was the very start of the season.

Breakfast presented a good selection. I saw cava available . I also noticed plenty of fruit options. various hot food selections. The Caesar salad and burgers were AMAZING!!!
